Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Overview

At Waves Logix Ltd., we are committed to maintaining a transparent, ethical, and fully compliant operating environment. While we do not accept or manage client funds, we recognize the importance of supporting global efforts to prevent money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF), and other financial crimes.

We voluntarily implement KYC/AML procedures aligned with international standards and best practices, given our role as a non-custodial service provider offering market research, investment signals, and strategic consulting to a limited and pre-screened group of clients.

2.⁠ ⁠Nature of Our Services

Waves Logix provides non-binding investment-related consulting services, including:

• Market analysis and forecasting

• Technical and fundamental research

• Trading signals and strategic recommendations

• Tailored consulting upon request

We do not:

• Receive, store, or manage client funds or assets

• Execute transactions on behalf of clients

• Act as a broker, fund manager, or collective investment scheme

All clients maintain full control of their brokerage accounts and execute transactions independently.

3.⁠ ⁠Client Due Diligence (CDD)

Although we do not handle financial assets, we conduct appropriate due diligence before establishing any client relationship. This process may include:

3.1 Basic Identification

• Valid government-issued ID or passport

• Recent proof of residential address (not older than 90 days)

• Full name, nationality, and contact details

3.2 Risk Assessment

Clients are assessed based on several risk factors, including jurisdiction, profile, and the scope of services requested. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) may be required in the following cases:

• Clients from high-risk jurisdictions

• Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)

• Lack of transparency regarding the source of funds

• Unusual or complex consulting requests

3.3 Source of Funds (if applicable)

If a client requests advanced or ongoing services related to high-value brokerage accounts, we may request a declaration or supporting documentation regarding the source of funds or wealth.

4.⁠ ⁠Restricted Clients and Jurisdictions

Waves Logix reserves the right to refuse service to any person or entity that:

• Resides in or is associated with a high-risk or sanctioned jurisdiction (e.g., North Korea, Iran, etc.)

• Fails or refuses to complete the identification process

• Appears to use our services for illicit purposes

• Provides false or misleading information

5.⁠ ⁠Ongoing Monitoring

While we do not have access to client financial transactions, we may:

• Periodically update client records

• Assess the nature of service requests for consistency with known client profiles

• Suspend or terminate services if any compliance concerns arise

6.⁠ ⁠Recordkeeping

All documents and data collected through our KYC process are securely stored in encrypted digital systems. We retain records for a minimum of five (5) years following the termination of a client relationship.

Client data is treated with strict confidentiality and is only disclosed:

• When required by law or regulatory authority

• When necessary to protect the company’s legal interests

7.⁠ ⁠Internal Controls and AML Awareness

Our team is trained to identify red flags and possible indicators of suspicious activity. Our internal procedures include:

• Clearly assigned compliance responsibilities

• Periodic review of risk profiles

• Documentation of all due diligence efforts

• Escalation and reporting protocols where legally applicable

8.⁠ ⁠Client Acknowledgement

By engaging with Waves Logix, clients confirm that:

• They are not using our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities

• They are the rightful owners of any financial accounts they operate

• They understand and agree to the terms of this policy

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion, if there is any reason to suspect a breach of this policy.
